Thanks to all of you who attended the New Years Day donation class. Not only did we have fun flowing, rocking, breathing and singing but we collected $325 for our furry neighbors at the Au Sable Valley Animal Shelter.  Those of you who expressed an interest in the playlist…please see below.

We are all looking forward to this new year as an opportunity to set new intentions and deepen those we are currently nurturing. Every time we come to our mat we can bring that vision as we practice with curiosity while seeking more clarity.
