Alignment Yoga Workshop – Use your class pack!
Patty Clark, ERYT, will be offering an Alignment Workshop focusing on Sun Salutations and standing poses.
This workshop is for you if you’re interested in:
- Improving your understanding of your body in yoga poses
- Feeling more balanced transitioning in flow classes
- Holding poses with greater ease and confidence
Join Patty on Monday, July 22, from 9:00 to 10:15AM at our Grayling Studio!
The cost for this workshop is $15, OR use your class package or membership. This workshop takes takes place instead of Amy Mertz’s regularly scheduled Hatha Yoga class on this date.

You can use the login you’ve already created, OR search for your name and easily create a login! Then, you can use your credit card to complete your purchase. It’s super simple, and the best part is, you won’t have to wait in line to pay at the counter!
