Hatha Yoga // Monday, April 13th // 10:00am EST // via Zoom
Join us tomorrow morning at 10:00am EST for a live Hatha yoga class, led by Mariah! This class, taught on Zoom, is open to all levels, and will incorporate movement, breathing, and stretching in ways that encourage openness and lightness, as well as grounding and relaxation. It is available free of charge to anyone with a computer/smartphone and internet access. Please join us!
How to take this class:
- Up to 15 minutes before class starts, click this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/403085999. (You will be automatically prompted to download Zoom if you haven’t already).
- Follow the prompts to join the meeting. Your computer may give you a popup – make sure to allow Zoom to access your camera and microphone.
- Enjoy your class!

I just got an iPad and also am new to zoom. I tried to unmute myself (maybe next class I’ll have it figured out) but it didn’t work this time.
