Just a reminder that our usual Tuesday evening Hatha Yoga has been switched to Monday (today) this week. See you tonight at 5:30 at the Gerrish Township Municipal Building! This class will go back to Tuesdays starting next week.

Please note that Hatha/Vinyasa in Higgins Lake this Thursday evening (10/4) is cancelled due to a board meeting at the township hall. Also, please observe the following two temporary schedule changes:
Tuesday Hatha Yoga in Higgins Lake on 10/9 moves to Monday, 10/8 at 5:30pm
Tuesday Hatha Yoga in Higgins Lake on 10/16 moves to Monday, 10/15 at 5:30pm

Some of you have been asking, where is Mariah? I will be back teaching Tuesday evening Hatha Yoga in Higgins Lake starting the beginning of November, and I hope to bring Sayla to a class or two before then to say hello! I miss you all and am looking forward to seeing you again soon :).
