Starting this week, join us every Saturday for Beach Yoga at South Higgins Lake State Park!

Laurie Weldon will teach a 60 minute class starting at 9:00am. This is one of our FAVORITE classes, which takes place right on the shore of beautiful Higgins Lake. Your senses will be awakened by the beautiful nature all around you, and you’ll receive a delicious stretch! All levels welcome, just bring your own yoga mat or beach towel. Use your class pack or membership, or it’s a special $12 drop in rate. *This class replaces our in-studio Vinyasa class which previously took place on Saturdays at 10:00am.

Also, Virtual Candlelight Slow Flow on Wednesday is now back up on Mindbody – sorry for the lapse! Join Lexi – either virtually or in studio – every Wednesday at 7:00pm for a juicy and relaxing slow flow yoga class, the perfect blend of movement and deep stretch.
