Hello friends,

We have tweaked the class schedule a little bit, and also wanted to clarify some of the changes!

This is our last week of classes at Cross Country Ski Headquarters. All in-person classes will take place at the Craf Center in Roscommon starting next week, August 30th, with the exception of Beach Yoga, which will take place at South Higgins Lake State Park for the next two weekends.

Starting next week, August 30th, Lexi will teach Vinyasa Yoga, in-person only, at 8:00am on Mondays.

Here is the schedule:

Monday 8:00am: Vinyasa Yoga with Lexi – in-person
Tuesday 10:00am: Hatha Yoga with Laurie – in person AND Virtual on Zoom
Wednesday 9:00am: Core Yoga with Lexi – Virtual on Zoom
Friday 10:00am: Hatha Yoga with Laurie – in person
Saturday 9:00am: Beach Yoga with Laurie – in person
