Happy Halloween week! Because the Gerrish township hall hosts Trunk or Treat on Halloween, this Thursday’s (10/31) Yin Yoga class is canceled. No Empower Class this Saturday due to Funeral
The hall will need to be used for a funeral this Saturday, 10/12, so we will be unable to have our 10am Empower class. Send some extra good thoughts to those who will be mourning in the hall this Saturday. We will resume this class the following week on 10/19!

SUP Yoga changed to Empower Yoga for Wednesday, 8/7
Due to the likelihood of thunderstorms tomorrow morning, we will hold an Empower yoga class at the studio at 9:00am, rather than SUP yoga at B&B. Hope to see you there!
