October Class Schedule

Happy Fall, yogis!

Fall is a very transitional time; school starts back up, the weather changes, and other more subtle aspects of life may shift as well. Stay grounded through this season by visiting your yoga mat often, taking the time to savor the quiet moments, and being present.

Here is the October class schedule, effective Monday, September 29th (all classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted):

Monday: 9:00am – Hatha Yoga – GRAYLING

11:00am – Hatha Yoga – HIGGINS LAKE

6:15pm (45 min) – Youth Yoga ages 6-9

7:00pm (45 min) – Youth Yoga ages 10+

Tuesday:  5:30pm – Hatha Yoga – HIGGINS LAKE

Wednesday: 9:00am – Core Yoga – GRAYLING

5:30pm – Hot Yoga* – GRAYLING

Thursday: 12:00pm (45 min) – Power Lunch Yoga – GRAYLING

6:00pm (75 min) – Slow Vin/Yin Flow + Meditation – HIGGINS LAKE (First Thursdays of the month will be at 5:30)

Saturday: 10:00am – Empower Yoga – HIGGINS LAKE

10:00am – Empower Yoga – GRAYLING

*Hot Yoga will not be quite up to the full 80 degrees until we get the heating installed in the new studio space.

Also, this Saturday, September 27th, we will be having a guest teacher for Empower Yoga in Grayling! Amy Mertz from Gaylord is a certified yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga for several years. We are so lucky to be able to have awesome guest yoga instructors from our area share their knowledge, so please welcome Amy to the STY community this Saturday!
