Complete Class Schedule beginning May 5th

We are very excited to release our class schedule for May! Beginning May 5th, we will be offering 7 classes per week between the Higgins Lake and Grayling studios. We will add to this schedule around mid-June.

Please note that we are changing the name of Gentle Yoga to Hatha Yoga. The class itself will not change, just the name. “Hatha” is an all-encompassing word that means the physical practice of yoga. It will continue to be the same gentle, beginner-friendly class as it has always been!

Here is the class schedule, beginning the week of May 5th:

Monday 10:00am-11:00am: Hatha Yoga with Mariah – GRAYLING

Tuesday 5:30pm-6:30pm: Hatha Yoga with Mariah – HIGGINS LAKE

Wednesday 9:00am-10:00am: Core Yoga with Mariah – GRAYLING

Thursday 6:00pm-7:15pm: Slow Vin/Yin Flow + Meditation with Lexi – HIGGINS LAKE

Friday 10:00am-11:00am: Hatha Yoga with Lexi – HIGGINS LAKE

Saturday 10:00am-11:30am: Empower Yoga with Mariah – HIGGINS LAKE

Saturday 10:00am-11:15am: Empower Yoga with Lexi – GRAYLING
